Surface Mount Test Switches

This surface mount test switch is part of a line of knife-type test switches engineered to the strictest security standards in the electric sector, giving panel operators safe, direct access to relays and energy measuring devices during live testing and calibration. Each knife switch is individually keyed and separated by molded insulating barriers, so in the open position the switch provides complete electrical insulation for safe connection, repair, or monitoring work, while the closed position maintains normal circuit operation and continuity without interrupting service.

Rated for 600V and 20A with a 2.5kV insulation class, this test switch is available in configurations up to 10 poles in a superposition assembly, with terminals accommodating M5 connections, eyelet-style conductors, decapped conductors, or banana plugs for added flexibility. The connecting terminals can be tightened with a standard screwdriver or a 5/16" hexagonal Allen key, and fixation is secured through four M5 terminals housed within a tamper-sealed main lid once installation is complete.
