Bi-Stable Latching Relay - 200 Amp

This bi-stable latching relay is part of a compact line of DC power relays engineered for high-current switching in agricultural, construction, transportation, and heavy-equipment environments. A magnetically maintained bi-stable design uses dual coils to alternately close and open the main contacts, and once switched the relay holds its state without further coil current — reducing quiescent battery drain to zero and eliminating self-heating from a continuously energized coil.

Rated for 200 amps continuous with 12 VDC or 24 VDC coil options, this relay features an environmentally sealed contact system and a shock- and vibration-resistant enclosure that withstands harsh conditions including moisture, dust, and cleaning fluids. Contact drop is minimized to preserve system voltage under load, and the sealed housing prevents contamination from degrading performance over service life. Optional bottom-mount or bracket-mount configurations allow the relay to be integrated into engine compartments, battery boxes, or panel enclosures.

Typical applications include battery-management systems for electric and hybrid vehicles, industrial DC power distribution, telecom backup circuits, off-grid solar installations, and emergency-power switching where reliable make-and-break of high DC currents is required.
